Activity Participation Terms & Conditions
To help keep our events running smoothly and ensure a great experience for everyone, we’ve outlined a few important terms for all Padel Pro participants. These apply to any activities including tournaments, social matches, training sessions, or special events.
By signing up or joining an event, you’re agreeing to these terms. They’re here to protect both you and the community. Give them a quick read before you play!
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tournaments, events, clinics, and social gatherings (collectively, “Activities”) hosted by TEAM PADEL PRO DMCC (“Company”).
Team Padel Pro DMCC is a private company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered business address at:

The Company owns and operates the following licensed establishments, which collectively serve as registered facilities and authorised venues for its business activities:
- PADEL PARTNERS FZ LLC
– Commonly known by the brand name Padel Pro Jumeirah Park
– Branch Address: Garn Al Sabkha Street, within Sportsmania Complex, Dubai, UAE - TEAM PADEL PRO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LLC
– Commonly known by the brand name Padel Pro One Central
– Branch Address: Padel Pro One Central, Parking 1, The Trade Centre
Apartments Block C, One Central, DWTC, Dubai, UAE - TEAM PADEL PRO AL QUOZ SPORT LLC
– Commonly known by the brand name Padel Pro Al Quoz
– Branch Address: Padel Pro Al Quoz, Warehouse SO1, Al Marabea St., Industrial Area 2, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE
By registering for or participating in any Activity, participants agree to abide by these Terms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification, removal, or other penalties as outlined below:
Eligibility
- Participants must meet the entry requirements as specified for each Activity (e.g., skill level, age, or gender).
- Registration fees must be paid in full before participation.
Rules of Participation
- The format, rules, and guidelines for each Activity will be provided before the start of the event.
- The decisions of the appointed officials, referees, coaches, or organizers are final and binding.
- Participants must adhere to the rules of sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for other attendees, coaches, staff, and spectators.
Prizes and Awards (for Tournaments and Competitive Events)
- Prizes will be awarded as announced prior to the Tournament or Competitive Event. The organizers reserve the right to adjust prize distribution in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Ties or disputes regarding the distribution of prizes will be resolved by the organizers at their sole discretion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
Disqualifications and Removal
- Participants may be disqualified or removed from an Activity for any of the
following reasons:
– Breach of these Terms.
– Unsportsmanlike conduct or behaviour deemed disruptive.
– Failure to adhere to the rules or instructions from officials or organizers. - Depending on the severity of the issue, participants may receive a warning before removal. However, serious violations (e.g., violence, harassment) may result in immediate removal without warning.
- Disqualifications or removals are at the sole discretion of the organizers and are not subject to appeal.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Participant Cancellations:
– Cancellations are subject to our internal policy, which requires at least a
12-hour notice before the scheduled Activity.
– Cancellations made within the required notice period will receive a money
voucher (club credit) that can be used for future bookings or purchases at
the Pro Shop. - No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Organizer Cancellations:
– If an Activity is cancelled by the organisers, paid participants will receive a
full monetary refund.
Liability Waiver
- By participating, individuals acknowledge their participation is at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses
incurred during or as a result of the Activity. - Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should consult a medical professional if unsure of their fitness to participate.
Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain respect for others at all times.
- Offensive language, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Activity.
Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints regarding an Activity must be submitted in writing to the organizers within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event.
- Complaints will be reviewed, and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the organisers. All decisions are final.
Force Majeure
- The organizers are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited
to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations. - In such cases, participants may receive a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.
Amendments
- The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes before the start of the relevant Activity.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the Dubai Courts.
Acceptance of Terms
- By registering for or participating in any Activity, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
